It becomes a really sad experience after going to the gym and dealing with the over-crowding at all of the sweat-coated machines and the really gritty studio floors, especially after you have tried for who knows how long. Many people will use the cardio or weight-lifting machine that you’ve been waiting to use, only to walk away without even wiping their sweat off with a paper towel! The whole thing just makes working out at the gym a complete drag. So, you try to go for a couple of weeks just so you can improve your well-being, especially when you paid so much up front for gym membership and you don’t want to see it go to waste. But, time and time again you run into the sweaty clothing-less folks in the locker rooms, in the saunas, and in front of your cross-training shoes, and it just doesn’t feel so good. You just don’t feel so good overall, and you start feeling gross. Eventually, you just stop going, or you think of better gyms to go to. It’s just too bad they cost so much more than you can afford. So, you feel stuck or decide that you have failed again.
