I was guilt-ridden of all these and decided to completely put a finish to it once and for all. What I did was to consume a healthy equilibrium of carbohydrates for energy, a healthy dose of fruits and vegetable soups on evenings and a bi-weekly run at the local park. It couldn’t get any easier!
